This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We keep the amount of personal data we hold deliberately small.
What we collect
- Your email address — to send your receipt, order updates, and to give you a way back into your order history.
- Your order details — the service, quantity, and the public username or post link you asked us to deliver to.
- A password, only if you choose to set one. It is stored hashed; we cannot read it.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
What we do not collect
We never ask for or store your social media password. We never see or store your full card number — payment details go directly to our payment processors.
Why we hold it
To take your order and deliver it, to provide support, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet accounting obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Who we share it with
- Payment processors — to take payment and handle refunds and disputes.
- Our fulfilment provider — receives only the public username or post link and the quantity ordered. It does not receive your email address or payment details.
- Analytics and email delivery services — for anonymous usage statistics and to send transactional email.
- Authorities — only where we are legally required to.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand how the site is used. You can block them in your browser, but the cart and sign-in will stop working.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time; we will keep only the minimum transaction record we are legally required to.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to how we use it. Open a support ticket and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site runs over encrypted connections, passwords are hashed, and access to order data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not hold card details or social media credentials, which removes the most sensitive categories entirely.
Children
BuzzGrowth is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
